To oversee the complete functionality, overall strategy of the Company to ensure that the Company goals and objectives are met. At all times the Management’s, Employees & Share holders interests are kept into consideration. To provide guidance, issue relevant instructions in company interest to Senior Management/Employees. Review and take decisions on Company Internal affairs, Business Operations area, recruitments, remuneration packages, Sales & Marketing etc.

Possessing a sound experience of Turnkey Project execution, PMC Assistance, Providing Technical Support, Shutdown Jobs etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:
To assist & support Managing Director and other directors of the company for smooth functioning, advise and recommend company strategy for implementation. Independent & Full control of Finance & Operations department. Arrange Finance for the company from time to time, company budgetary functions, provide guidance, advise and issue instructions to company senior management to ensure company’s operations/objectives and targets are achieved at all times. Review and take decisions on Company affairs, Finances, Sales & marketing needs.
