Job Title : Customer Care Executive.

Job Overview -
A CCE is responsible overseeing the entire operations process & responsible for ensuring operations deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
Education - Any Graduate, with MBA can be preferred.
Skills (Technical / Computer / Soft skills etc.) - Must have excellent computer skills excel, word etc.
Knowledge and Experience - Excellent Communication Skill - 3-6 yrs work experience preferable in real estate / retail industry.
Responsibilities
ï‚· Looking after the in house Retailers Complaints & getting resolved from relevant department. (Retail Operations)
ï‚· Sending Reports & Analyzing.
ï‚· Event Organizing. (Marketing)
ï‚· Events for retail Partners. (Retail Operations)
ï‚· Looking after fit out work of brands. (Operation)
ï‚· Coordinating with MEP, Security, House Keeping & Parking Team.
ï‚· Making Snag reports.
ï‚· Coordinating with Project team for Mall renovation work.
ï‚· Weekly meetings with the out source team members.
 Customer service – CCE are required to interact with patrons on a daily basis and are adept at communicating with these customers in a friendly, professional manner
 Retail relations – CCE act as the Mall Management voice for a shopping center and therefore must frequently interact with the media, the local community, and even law enforcement
 Government compliance  – Require to coordinate with all government departments need to handle and assist all contracts and zoning ordinances
ï‚· Credit control assistance  – CCE is responsible for financial aspects of the Mall which including rent , CAM , Utilities collection, parking collectionÂ
 Retail and service provider Communication – Responsible can effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals, including property management, retail management,
Records , Reports and inventory  –CCE need maintain track inventory, record , record day to day operations SOPS , and other administrative tasks.
