Handling and Managing service delivery for all customers and provide day to day operational guidance.
Responsive to the client in any and all requests or issues
Managing client banking operations, including opening and closing accounts.
Recommending and explaining banking services and products to clients based on needs.
Resolving client / bank queries and complaints.
Bank pricing / charges negotiation.
Should have experience of Minimum 10 years in different Banks.
