You would be responsible for new Client Acquisition for Recruitment/
Outsourcing Service.

Strong experience in Recruitment industry business development
role involving hunting and farming of clients.
Knowledge about the current market trends especially related to
recruitment services.
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures
attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Grow the business of Recruitment in scale and scope with key client
acquisitions.
Negotiate with Clients to ensure signing of contract.
