Job Overview - Job Will Involve Total Handling of Site Including Site Checking, Reporting, Maintaining Records, Coordination Etc.
Education/ Formal Qualification - BE / B Tech / DIPLOMA
Skills (Technical / Computer / Soft skills etc.)- Must have computer skills excel, word etc.
- Must have construction management and project management skill
Knowledge and Experience - (Total work experience and job related relevant experience)
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Site Execution, Mall project executions
- Retail project execution, Finishing work

Responsibilities
• Plan the work front and give clear instructions to the civil team and ensure timelines and deadlines are met
• To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule.
• To take care of the civil maintenance as well as finishing work, both internal and external to the buildings
• Preparation of BOM for civil work..
• Drive the team to achieve superior quality, minimize wastage and timely delivery
• Coordinate with various consultants such as architects, structure consultants, other consultants to understand the drawings and guide the team accordingly
• Prepare estimate of entire quantities for finalizing schedule of payment


Working conditions

• Daily reporting: Reporting to the management regarding of ENG module DPR reports and Reporting of material module at weekly basis likewise Stock summery, issue reports & GRN register.
• Working Condition : Monday to Saturday, Weekends Off
• Location : Kalyan
• Preference : Male
