Deputy General Manager – Production Planning And Control & Stores

Palakkad, Kanjikode

• Collaborate with the Sales department, understand the market situation, and ensure that production plan is aligned with it
• Finalise the yearly production plan, break it down by quarter and month, and ensure that PRs are released as per this schedule
• Perform capacity planning for the factory and ensure that the production volumes can be met
• Order management – interact with Sales, dealers, customers, external agencies and the Plant and confirm that information regarding availability of products is communicated correctly
• Factory warehouse and inventory – manage availability of parts and components by optimally utilizing the warehouse space
• Plan spare parts availability and do kitting for supplies
• Generate shortage list based on monthly production plan to be given to operational procurement
