Manage the Recruitment and selection process
Maintaining employee's personal files and records. Employee Induction with team.
Preparing job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation.
Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter
Generating PF Challan, ESIC Challan and PT Challan (return filing of PT doing every month)
Managing Employees Performance Sheet. (Review Departmental Budgets)
Providing Reports to Management HR MIS ( Dashboard, Sales Performance, Variance )
Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF and ESIC records etc.
Managing advance salary, Bonus, and loans.
Preparation of full and final settlement.
Scheduling and Maintaining training records
Maintaining all records regarding AMC / Insurance / Company Vehicle and Fixed Assets Details.
Organising events for employees. Resolving Interpersonal issues of team.
