Instrumentation Engineer: 10 to 15 yrs exp
Job Description:
1) Preparation and Review of Datasheets, Specifications, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation, and Review of Vendor Documents of field Instrument's like Control Valves, ON OFF valves, Safety relief valves, Various Flow meters, Transmitters, Analysers /Analyser shelters, Flame scanners, MMS instruments, Local Control Panels, Junction Box, Cables, Cable Glands, Hook ups accessories, Cable Tray.
2) Preparation and Review of Material requisition, Specifications, Technical Bid Evaluation and Review of Vendor Documents for PLC System. Complex Loop and logic development as per Cause and effect diagram and Functional Analysis.
3) Preparation & Review of Engineering Deliverables as part of the Project includes Instrument Index, IO list, JB Schedule, Cable schedule, MTO, JB Drawings, Process Hookups, Pneumatic Hookups, Loop Diagrams , Instrument Location Layouts, Instrument Cable Routing Layouts
4) Hands on experience in review of Control Valves, Orifice plates, Thermowells Sizing / Calculation
5) Experience in design of Skin thermoplastic of Fired heaters.
6) Experience in package items like Burner instruments like Ionization rod/ignition rod, Flame relay, Ignition transformer, UV Scanners etc., Dampers, Fan instruments, Sootblower instruments & Sootblower PLC, Burner management PLC etc, FAT/SAT of PLC, Analyzers etc.
7) Experience in CEMS Analysers (Sox, Nox, CO & SPM), Analyser shelter, Zirconia O2 Analyser, TDLS Analysers etc.
8) Experience in Fuel gas Skid instrumentation of Fired heater.
9) Experience in instrumentation of Fired heaters / Reformers / WHRU / HRSG / Denox system will be preferred.
10) Familiarity with AUTOCAD, INTOOLs, PDS, SP3D, PDMS
11) Good communications skills
