Job Description: Project Engineer

Role

1. Lead assignments within the scope of projects.
2. Lead the entry-level engineers. Mentor & Supervise juniors.
3. Understand business needs and device engineering solutions using analysis expertise.
4. Define the scope of work, plan, allocate available resources, and ensure execution and timely completion of assignments.
5. Lead multiple projects at the same time, including cross-functional projects.
6. Review work carried out by team members, and lead design reviews.
7. Approve deliverables made by the team,
8. Ensure compliance with the established Quality Management Process. And work towards continuous improvement.
9. Interact and communicate with business units frequently to understand their requirements.
10. Strive to achieve targets on relevant key performance indicators.
11. Validate timesheets of team members assigned.
12. Prepare & conduct technical training.
13. Should be open to travel as per business needs.
14. Work towards individual goals aligned with department and organizational objectives.
15. Guide team members to have them accomplish their performance goals.
Skills Required
1. Must be familiar with design specifications and Codes, Conceptual study, FEED & other studies
2. Detailed study of loads and loading combinations used for offshore design should have worked in the capacity of lead engineer (for Topside/ Jacket/FPSO Modules)
3. Should have handled the Project Management functions at a senior level for 7 years
4. Strong knowledge of more than one relevant industry code/ standards
5. Basic knowledge of CAD software used.
6. Basic Knowledge of project management software.
7. Very thorough, meticulous, and detail-oriented
8. Team Player
Educational/Professional Qualification Required
1. Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in EPCC/EPCM Company with min. 10 years\' relevant experience in the offshore industry, FPSO, Jacket, Topside, etc.
2. Ability to provide the supporting design
