Designation: Project Sales Lead-North India-Growel Engineering Business

Desired Direct Sales Experience- Minimum 3 years and maximum 7 years.

Language Skills: Must be fluent in English.

CTC : 8 LPA to 10 LPA

Key Requirements

- Engineering graduate(min.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in technical sales of high value Industrial Capital Goods/Projects to end users.
- Experience selling into automobiles/automobile ancillaries, aerospace, steel, hardware/fasteners, architectural and sanitary fittings
- Prefer candidates with experience in direct selling.
Must have handled yearly sales quota of min INR 20 Crores(USD2.5 Million).
- Track record of achieving/exceeding yearly sales targets.
- Ability to travel(regional/domestic) 35-45% of the times.
