Capable to migrate Jira Server to Datacentre upon request.

Moderate knowledge of scrum master.
Excellent in the design and development of Workflow, Screens, Custom Fields, Permissions, Security Levels, Events, and Email Notification Schemes and Form redesign in JIRA Projects.
Created custom dashboards, advance filters, and formula.
Created status reports (weekly, Monthly and Resource wise) in Confluence.
Conducted training for teams on team collaboration and effective use of confluence.
Excellent experience and apply best practices in Plug-ins (Add-ons) like Custom Charts, Script Runner, Automation for Jira, CSAT Survey, eazyBI Reports, Email this issue, Jira Cloud Migration, Time in Status, User Profile for Jira, Zephyr Squad, Extension for Jira SD, Refined for Jira, … etc.
Build a Dashboard via PowerBI.
Worked on JQL (Jira Query Language) filters, Dashboards, Gadgets for and users.
Plan, evaluate, deploy, operate and maintain tools to suit the expanding user database.
Troubleshooting and fixing errors common to Applications and Application servers.
