1. Understanding the technical aspects of the products and services being sold.

3. Identifying sales opportunities and presenting solutions to customers.
4. Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
5. Collaborating with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
6. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
7. Generating leads through prospecting and networking.
8. Keeping accurate records of sales activities and updating CRM systems.
9. Providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
